Hannah trained in New Zealand where she gained her Master of Osteopathy degree. She is experienced in and enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries across the body from head to toe. Hannah has a particular interest in working with headaches, neck and jaw pain and treats children and women through all stages of pregnancy and postnatal care.
Hannah treats using a variety of techniques suitable to each individual, varying her practice from a strong structural treatment to a more fluidic approach. She may use soft tissue techniques, joint articulation or manipulation, or techniques such as balanced ligamentous tension, myofascial and craniosacral therapies – Hannah will discuss your treatment preferences with you. She recognises the relationship between the many body systems and will strive to provide you with an understanding of the cause of your problem.
Hannah began her appreciation of functional musculoskeletal body management with a background in ballet, dance, and athletics. Today she enjoys keeping active with regular walks and yoga practice. She understands the many demands athletes face in their return to activity after injury and will work with you to regain and improve your body function.
